What we collect

Files you upload for verification, and metadata extracted from them.
Account details: name, email, organisation and billing information.
Usage records needed to operate, secure and bill for the service.

How we use it

Uploaded files are used to perform the verification you requested and to produce the resulting report. We do not sell customer data, and we do not train AI models on customer uploads without explicit consent.

Sharing

Files are not shared with third parties without your consent. Where you request expert or institutional verification, the necessary evidence is shared with the reviewing specialist or issuing body for that purpose only.

Retention and deletion

Files are deleted automatically at the end of your configured retention window. You can delete any file and its derived artefacts on demand from your dashboard.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send requests to support@flagfake.com.
