What file types can I verify?
Images, video, audio, PDFs and Office documents — including receipts, bank statements, payslips, certificates, marksheets, invoices, insurance paperwork and government identity documents.
How accurate is the automated analysis?
Accuracy depends on the file type and the manipulation technique. That is exactly why every result carries a confidence score, and why low-confidence cases escalate automatically rather than returning a guess.
What happens if the AI cannot decide?
The case moves to advanced forensics, then to a domain expert, and finally to direct verification with the issuing institution where that is lawful and you have consented.
How long does expert review take?
You receive a turnaround estimate and a cost estimate before any expert work begins. Institutional verification depends on the responsiveness of the issuing body.
Do you keep my files?
Files are retained for the window you configure and are deleted automatically afterwards. You can also delete any file and its derived artefacts on demand.
Do you train AI models on my uploads?
No, not without your explicit consent.
Can I use a report as legal evidence?
Reports include hashes, timestamps, findings and chain-of-custody notes. Admissibility is decided by the relevant court or authority, so for disputes we recommend the expert review tier.
